Hanex success
Chose a Hanex worktop. Had plenty of questions etc but Jo & George were excellent: friendly, reassuring, efficient and very good at explaining things. Steve & Daz turned up a day early, but they did ask beforehand if that was ok. Again, very efficient, finished work was excellent and everything left tidy. From day one, everything seemed to run too smoothly and I was waiting for the inevitable mistake, but it never happened. I would definitely recommend the worktop, the company and the fitters. Just remember to have an ample supply of coffee and chocolate biscuits for Steve & Daz!
Just the nicest team gold stars all round from us
Right for our first call with George we felt we were in good hands. Knowledgable and helpful took the stress away from ordering online we felt reassured and both he and Jo were just so nice to deal with. Steve and Daz came to fit on the hottest day but were so professional friendly and sorted out all the issues we had along the way. We are delighted with our Corinth Copper Fleck worktops they look stunning. Thanks to all. Would highly recommend gold stars all round.

From the first call evryone was really helpful with advice and estimates (Which were very competitive). They replied very promptly to all my queries. I'm really pleased with my Genesis recycled glass worktop and very much appreciated that George, Jo and the fitters Steve & Daz made what might have been a very stressful part of my new build much easier than I could have hoped for. Any reservations I had about ordering online were unfounded as there was always someone at the other end of the phone to talk me through the process. Thanks to all the team.

Excellent level of service from Kitchen Worktops Direct. Communication was first class throughout and nothing was too much trouble, including the efficient rescheduling of our delivery time. I had never actually ordered worktops before but I reckon that I couldn't have had better or more friendly help anywhere than from George and Jo. We love the new worktops! Keep up the good work, KWD!

Immaculate service.
Immaculate service from the very first telephone call, Level of knowledge and advice brilliant (thank you George) culminating in my order that was significantly cheaper and better quality to my original concept. My order included installation and the fitter arrived with required material and fabricated the worktops on site. So very pleased with the final product and impossible to see any joints.

Excellent Experience
I needed a Corian worktop in a custom size for our bathroom vanity. I contacted a couple of places. One never came back to me. Which was lucky, as Kitchen Worktops-direct has been amazing. George made sure that I always knew what was happening. Although this was a minor job, and they could have said no, the experience and customer service were exceptional. I would definitely go back to them again in the future.
